Meet Federica, a physiotherapist with a strong clinical background and a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and build lasting strength and confidence.

She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Humanitas University in Milan, completing her clinical training at Humanitas Research Hospital. Since then, she has worked in Valencia, Ibiza, and now Mallorca, treating patients of all ages and activity levels. From people recovering from injury or surgery, to recreational and competitive athletes.

At The Movement, Federica specialises in Women's Health Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and Dermato-functional Physiotherapy. She also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, tailored exercise programmes, and education to help patients understand their condition and return to the activities they enjoy. She believes the best results come from working together, giving patients the knowledge and confidence to manage their health long after treatment ends.
