Meet Lorenzo, our Founder. Lorenzo is a Specialist Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Human Performance & Optimisation Expert, with over a decade of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, and a Fellowship in Functional Biomechanics.

Lorenzo combines clinical precision with a genuinely human approach. He blends hands-on therapy with tailored performance strategies, ensuring every treatment is individualised and evidence-based. His goal is not only to restore movement, but to optimise health and performance sustainably.

Having worked in London, Sweden, Italy, and now Mallorca, Lorenzo brings a broad international perspective and deep understanding of human movement. His empathetic and attentive nature ensures every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

Despite his extensive experience and education, Lorenzo remains deeply committed to learning and professional development - always seeking new ways to refine his practice and help others move, feel, and live better.

Meet Paul, Specialist Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Specialist, and Human Performance & Optimisation Expert with a strong academic background and extensive experience in sports performance, recovery, and functional rehabilitation. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Physiotherapy and in Sports and Exercise Science, as well as a Master’s in Functional Assessment and Injury Rehabilitation.


Paul combines clinical precision with a holistic, evidence-based approach, blending hands-on therapy, movement, and performance principles to help people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. He works with a diverse range of individuals, from professional athletes to those looking to feel, move, and live better - always with the focus on restoring balance, building resilience, and promoting long-term health.


Known for his calm, grounded, and motivating nature, Paul creates an environment of trust, clarity, and care, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their journey.

Meet Federica, a Specialist Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background and a deep commitment to helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. She combines professional expertise with a warm, empathetic approach, guiding each patient to understand their body and achieve lasting, meaningful results.


Federica holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Humanitas University in Milan, where she trained at the Humanitas Research Hospital. Her professional journey has taken her through Valencia, Ibiza, and now Mallorca, working with patients across all ages and activity levels, from those recovering from injury to athletes returning to sport.


At The Movement, Federica has a special interest in Women’s Health, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and Dermal-Functional Physiotherapy, while also treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. Her approach integrates manual therapy, movement, and patient education, empowering individuals to build awareness, restore balance, and move confidently in daily life. Known for her calm and empathetic manner, Federica creates a safe and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and motivated to move forward.

ALISON CAMPBELL

Meet Alison, Specialist Osteopath and Sports Massage Therapist specialising in women’s health, paediatric osteopathy, and pre- and postpartum care. She takes a holistic approach to restoring balance and promoting long-term wellbeing, focusing on understanding each patient’s unique needs and addressing the root cause of discomfort, rather than just the symptoms.


Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Osteopathy and a Postgraduate qualification in Paediatric Osteopathy, forming the foundation of her holistic, evidence-based approach to restoring balance and long-term wellbeing.


With a strong foundation in osteopathy, Alison integrates structural, visceral, and craniosacral techniques to provide truly personalised treatment. She works with a wide range of patients, from newborns to adults, and has a particular interest in supporting women through every stage of life. As a paediatric osteopath, she offers gentle care to aid healthy development in babies and children and provides specialised treatment during pregnancy to ease discomfort and prepare the body for childbirth.


Alongside her osteopathic work, Alison is a qualified sports massage therapist, helping both athletes and everyday patients recover faster, reduce tension, and prevent injury.
