Federica is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their wellbeing. She combines clinical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach, guiding each patient to understand their body and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Originally from Italy, Federica completed her Physiotherapy degree at Humanitas University in Milan and trained at Humanitas Research Hospital. Her career has taken her through Valencia, Ibiza, and now Mallorca, where she has worked with patients across all ages and activity levels, from those recovering from injury to athletes returning to sport.
At The Movement, Federica has a special interest in women’s health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and dermato-functional physiotherapy, while also treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. Her approach blends manual therapy, movement, and education, empowering each patient to build awareness, restore balance, and move confidently in daily life.
Known for her warm and empathetic manner, Federica creates a safe, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and motivated to move forward. She works fluently in English, Spanish, and Italian connecting with, and supporting the diverse community she treats.
